Beer Description
Our India Pale Ale uses New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops to add a fresh flavor profile to the India Pale Ale. Big Nelson hop aroma in the nose; complex fruit bouquet and flavor with a supporting malt backbone. The India Pale Ale name hales from British Imperialistic times when Britain would send beer to their troops in India. The high ABV and hop charges imparted a preserving effect on the beer to allow it to weather the six month journey.
