Full of malt flavor El Toro Fuerte has notes of caramel, toffee, sweet raisin, fig and subtle smokiness. We use a blend of toasted wheat, dark munich malts and a touch of chocolate malt in the process before the beer ages on chipotle and ancho peppers in the conditioning tank
