Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops & Van Horn Farms, this American Pale
Ale was produced using Chinook CO2 hop extract that was continually drip-hopped
over the course of the boil with our custom built drip-hopping rig, courtesy of the DFH
maintenance & engineering departments. Then we hit it with a double does of Mosaic
& Simcoe lupulin powder in the whirlpool & fermenter. This super-concentrated hop
powder provides a blast of tropical juice to the aroma & flavor.
