Beer Description
It’s not much different than regular ’ol Delta. Same grain bill, we just made it a little bigger and higher in alcohol so we could enter it in a softer category
For those of you who have never been to the Fieldwork website, you’d see there that we describe ourselves as a new brewery with a focus on exceptional, honest beermaking. So if we are really being honest, this pint of Super Delta you are about to drink, the only reason we made it is because we wanted to enter it into the competition at GABF and not many breweries enter Imperial Red Ales. Oh, and we also dry hopped it a second time but this time with Mosaic as well. Because… …well why not! We can lose money if we’re only making it once a year. The reality is that this beer probably won’t medal, and we’ll never make it again, hence this incredibly lazy beer description. Hey, at least we’re being honest.
