Beer Description
This dark, full-bodied stout has pleasant coffee notes from the many dark grains we used, which we
accentuate by aging the beer on dark roasted Cameroon coffee beans from Dublin Roasters, our good
neighbor at our new brewery expansion site. Our coffee stout has a wonderful dark, rich, earthy, “sit and
sip” kind of coffee aroma to compliment the very roasted, but not burnt or astringent aromas from the
malt. The taste is complex and smooth. There are some slight caramel notes for a bit of balance, but this
beer is by no means sweet.
