Beer Description
It’s the humulin lupulin glands in Hops that gvie IPAs their unparalleled flavors and aromas, but rarely do we get to taste hop flavor in a “dark” beer. Today we took the best of both worlds and made a Black Ipa or Cascadian Dark Ale if you will. Roast, chocolate, coffee, and caramel notes dominate the pallet with a refreshing compliment of citrus, pine, herbs, and flowers to bring you back into the light. Take a walk on the Dark side of the HÃœM with us.
