Beer Description
This American Pale ale has wheat and Epiphany malt and was brewed with Cascade and CTZ hops. It was hopped before the fermentation process was finished, giving it a stronger citrus flavor. Fermented on New England Style yeast, N.E. Day has the flavor and look of a New England IPA, but it is lighter and has a lower ABV.
