Beer Description
Our 2016 offering in the Illinois Craft Brewer’s Guild Replicale Project, this year’s recipe was an Illinois take on a California Common Ale. For our variant, we added in a truckload of Falconer’s Flight 7Cs hops on the back end to give this crisp refreshing beer an added layer of citrys and floral notes.
