Beer Description
This brilliant purple saison with a distinct blackberry aroma was the creation of the winner of our 2016 UpCup Homebrewing Competition, Brandon Schaefer. The dryness of the saison, sweetness of the berries, and herbal character of early grey tea are balanced to create a refreshing, complex, and flavorful beer. The unique saison yeast strain lends a clean, dry finish and light spice character.
