Beer Description
This unique experimental style beer is modeled after an Old Fashioned cocktail. The 2 Finger Pour has a distinct flavor profile with its combination of NW Pale Ale, Vienna, Munich, and Crystal 40 malts creating a full flavor profile. During the brewing process we add whiskey barrel chips and orange peel to create a very unique taste. It’s bittered with Falconer’s Flight and small batch local bitters from Skidmore Alchemy. This is a take on a classic that is sure please both craft beer and whiskey lovers.
