Dyad is our brand dedicated to collaboration and blending, the merging of products and companies, and the elevated result.
This release of Dyad blends a 100% brettanomyces saison with Kombucha produced by Rowdy Mermaid of Boulder, CO and a fresh addition of pink peppercorns. The yeast provides subtle notes of strawberry and spice while the kombucha and peppercorns impart a light sourness and bright fruit character.
