Beer Description
We’ve taken The Guilty Party ESB and aged it for eight months in Four Roses Bourbon barrels. The result is a unique experience to savor. The barrels – from Whisky Magazine’s Distiller of the Year four of the last five years – proved to be a perfect enhancement for our GABF Gold Medal winning beer. The Bourbon has a nose that is fruity, floral & caramel – complemented by the ESB with the fruit notes from the traditional English yeast, the floral notes from the Goldings hops, and the caramel notes from the premium English and Belgian malts.
