Beer Description
Salted rhubarb is a thing, right? GCR is our first foray into the world of sour beers. Lacto fermented, with the addition of rhubarb to both our brewing water and boil kettle makes for a tangy and bright gose. Slightly pink in colour, the palate is fresh, juicy and just tangy enough to keep you going back to it. The salt never overpowers, but keeps it true(ish) to its roots.
