brewed with green tea (Matcha), citrus (grapefruit) and apple water (from Eden Ice Cider) and fermented and conditioned in 400-liter oak barrels.
Leaves of Grass represents our brewery’s collective pursuit to create, explore, and challenge. For each batch, we employ uniquely different processes and ingredients, all of which further our understanding of the art and science of brewing.
Brewed on July 4, 2015, this iteration is a farmstead ale brewed with green tea (Matcha), citrus (grapefruit) and apple water (from Eden Ice Cider – byproduct of their ice distillation process) and fermented and conditioned in 400-liter oak barrels.
