The Thunderweizen is brewed in the style of a traditional German Hefeweizen: lots of wheat, vigorous fermentation, and completely unfiltered for a full, refreshing flavor that perfectly compliments San Diego’s perpetual good weather. Despite the hints of banana, citrus, clove, and other spices, we do not add additives to our beer – that impressive flavor is naturally produced.
