Beer Description
Wet-hopped with fresh Chinook from Ironwood Organics. A pale malt body supports a dry, lingering bitterness with fresh grapefruit, floral and spicy aromatics.
This beer was brewed with hand-picked organic Chinook hops on the day of their harvest at Ironwood Organics. Run by our friends, Chris and Mary Wooding, Ironwood is a farm dedicated to sustainable agriculture. Their 2016 hop harvest was their finest yet and we are proud to feature their product in a wet-hopped beer we can only produce one day a year. The beer features a pale malt body supporting a dry, lingering bitterness with fresh grapefruit, floral and spicy aromatics.
