Beer Description
This Belgian style ale is like our Belgian Triple but we threw in a little summer twist, “a raspberry twist”!
We ferment this beer with a classic Belgian yeast strain which results in a crisp, champagne-like ale. We add 240 pounds of fresh raspberry puree at the end of the fermentation to give it a tart and dry finish. The Dick’s crew is excited to release this beer in bottles this spring season as last year it was gone in a blink of an eye!
