Think of an American Pale Ale … Now consider that it takes 20 % of oats . Here comes our Oatmeal Pale Ale , or rather OPA . We took 3 of all 3 grains and hops 3 . The idea came to join the ingredients of the first recipes of each brewery.
The impact oats in new dimensions in flavor expected of an APA , bringing a gentle sweetness with light notes of nuts. The malt character is well balanced with used American hops , which bring tropical fruit notes in aroma. The final is citrus and creamy.
