Beer Description
We teamed up with the innovation team at Goose Island to make this beer. Brewed using a pale European malt, rye, and Goose Island’s Sophie yeast. We added a couple hundred gallons of Curtis Orchard cider near the end of fermentation. The result is a crisp and dry, blonde colored beer with hints of tart apple.
