Beer Description
In 2014, Taxman “declared” its brewing independence with the release of Declaration, the first beer brewed in Bargersville. Copious amounts of citrus hops dominate the aroma and palate.
Belgian DIPAs aren’t a typical beer style, but we aren’t a typical brewery. We are “declaring” ourselves as an independent brewery with this hybrid brew, the first one on our system. Twice the normal amount of Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial hops contribute spicy grapefruit, orange and piney aromas while warm fermentation unleashes the bright citrus esters of our Belgian yeast.
