There’s a story about some farm laborers who thought that the reflection of the moon in a pond, not far from brewery, was a lovely truckle of Lancashire cheese. They tried to rake it out, but ended up falling in. You might find a pint of this stuff just as mesmerizing. First brewed in 1950.
