Septembeerfest
Made in collaboration with Damgoode Brews, we switched up the yeast on this malty German classic. Instead of the characteristically smooth lager yeast of an Oktoberfest we fermented with a German ale yeast. The result is a fuller bodied & flavored brew just in time for fall weather!
Limited Release. OG 1054, IBU 22, ABV 5.5%
Malt: 2-Row, Munich, Pilsner, Crystal
Hops: Magnum, Hallertau
Yeast: German Ale
Food Pairings: Mexican & German Cuisine; Chicken, Sausage, Pork; Jalapeño Jack Cheese; Mango or Coconut Flan, Almond Biscotti, Spice Cake.
