Our first foray into a German style that was obscure only a few years ago that is finding its foot again in the world of beer appreciation. A traditionally non-traditional beer, kolsches are ​fermented with ale yeast and conditioned at lager temperatures. The result is a slightly fruity, gently bitter, and dry beer that says, “Sit back and enjoy.”
