Beer Description
Tons of malt and tons of hops are what characterize this beer. A big, chewy malt backbone lays the foundation for lots of hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. A sniff of this fine ale will delight the senses with an abundance of fruity esters intertwined with flowery and spicy hop aromatics as well as a touch of malty sweetness. A sip wraps your palate in warmth as the alcohol makes itself known. Dark fruit and caramel-like characters. A hint of “toastiness” adds to the complexity, and marries with a firm and rich hop bitterness that finishes off the journey. 60 IBU.
