The Angry Monk doesn’t really t into a speci c beer category
or meet speci c style guidelies. Therefore, it is what it is -
which is to say that it displays a very Belgian character due to
the yeast strain. The aroma is heavy on the caramalized
banana side, with a dash of licorice. One distinguishing characteristic
of this particular yeast strain is that it is highly occuating,
which means that it leaves the beer very clear and
bright without sacri cing any avors.
