Beer Description
Disobedience is well deserving of the Hunter S. Thompson-coined moniker of “too weird to live, too rare to die.”
An Abbey Dubbel brewed with Maryland maple syrup, Disobedience pours a rich ruby color as aromas of dark fruit and spice greet the nose. The first sip has notes of raisin and plum combined with bready maltiness and sugary sweetness. A good degree of carbonation invigorates the palate and leaves a crisp, clean finish.
