Beer Description
This English style brown porter is brewed with over two hundred pounds of locally harvested pecans which we roasted and used in several stages of the brewing process. The roasted character complements the malty, sweet chocolate flavors derived from a combination of specialty grains. There are subtle notes of vanilla and caramel in the aroma creating a brew that is reminiscent of a southern style praline.
