Beer Description

Produced by adding of blueberry syrup (organic) to the fermentation of a Demon Hunter, has an intense ruby color with almost no foam, Barley Wine.

During aging the sense of smell becomes very advanced, with notes of honey, dried fruit, caramel, dried flowers, blueberry, heat, alcohol, cherry syrup and oxidative note. The taste is sumptuous, enveloping, warm, sugary, ethyl, great body, long and in the end emerges a winey character, with a touch of tannin which helps to give balance. Beer from aging, after a few years of bottle expresses its full potential. Winter, powerful, complex. Serving suggestions: to combine with a winter evening rush, or to a blue goat’s milk, chocolate or foie gras.
