Beer Description
Not quite hard cider, not quite beer, this strong hybrid of the two has a distinct apple character with a lingering malt sweetness. We used a local apple blend from Fleming’s Cider in conjunction with a strong malt base made from the British grown Maris Otter malt and just a tiny dash of hops.
