Beer Description
Flora is a blend of our Brut Cider with Conduit Viognier from the Sierra Foothills. The Viognier was barrel-fermented and aged for 10 months in French Oak before being blended with Brut Cider and aged for another three months in neutral French Oak barrels. Over a year in the making, Flora is an aromatic and rounded cider with notes of honeysuckle, key lime, and a dry, zippy finish.
