Beer Description
Extremely dry and tart up front, this very complex cider then mellows and sweetens with the following sips. Hard to believe, but the red color is all natural, stemming from Niedswetzkyana apples and the Giant Russian Crab apple, with additional red fleshed varieties added and then blended with a golden cider to reduce it’s bold tartness. A general crowd pleaser for a variety of palettes.
