We used the same all Golden Promise malt base, and the same hopping rates & schedules, to showcase the unique expressions of two different hop varietals.
Part One of our hop harvest celebration. In this 100% Citra iteration, we added 5 pounds per barrel of fresh cones overnighted from Yakima Valley in the whirlpool.
