Beer Description
Slightly tart, funky, & bright fruit aromatics.
We aged a golden ale in French oak red wine barrels for eleven months and added copious amounts of pureed raspberries. We inoculated the barrel with three different Brettanomyces strains, giving it a slightly tart, funky flavor. It also contains bright fruit aromatics from the large addition of raspberries.
