Beer Description
Great aromatics from the blend of wild yeasts used to craft this ale paired with slight stone fruit/citrus aromatics from the apricots.
We aged this imperial saison in a French Oak Red Wine Barrel for seven months with a blend of Brettanomyces cultures. After a period of aging, we added pureed apricots.
