Pungent and powerful Eureka! is the epitome of an aroma hop. Its pedigree is a bit of a throwback to the days of predominately piney hops, resinous and dense. But this unique varietal also offers a hint of citrus, herbal and floral notes. Ideal for the complex and robust IPA in which it’s brewed. One taste and you might be channeling Archimedes.
