Beer Description
The Fableist Pinot Noir is another joint effort between Andrew Jones of Field Recordings and Curt Schalchlin of Sans Liege Winery. Dense in fruit yet light on its feet, this wine will delight with its balance and intensity of flavor. Notes of ripe red cherry, raspberry and hints of cola are balanced by great acidity and a suggestion of cedar on the finish.
