Our flagship Belgian-style wheat ale, La Grisette was aged with Brettanomyces yeast in Viognier wine barrels in the Ladyface Farmhouse cellar Highly carbonated and effervescent, aromatic fruity, citrus esters and acidic notes flutter over a white foam head.
