Beer Description
This experimental ale/hard apple cider hybrid begins with a Munich malt base complimented by English caramalt, biscuit, a dash of pale chocolate malt.
The base beer is then combined and fermented with a complex blend of eight freshly pressed apple varietals locally sourced from Lapacek’s Orchard in Pewaukee, WI.
