Beer Description
Mango and orange juice hop flavors from Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra, and Ekuanot, with a light and biscuit malt sweetness.
Another in our continuing exploration of the North East style IPA. This one starts off with a little more malt backbone from the use of German Vienna and English Crystal malts for a light and biscuity malt sweetness. Followed up with a prodigious use of Australia Ella, U.S. Experimental and the ever favorite Mosaic hops in the boil. Then we dry hop it with Citra, Mosaic, Ella, Galaxy and Ekuanot hops give it a bursting flavor of Mango/Orange juice.
