Beer Description
Brewed with Pilsner, oats and wheat for a silky smooth body to lay the foundation for the hops to dance on. Kettle hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic, with an extra shot of Citra dumped into the fermenter on day 1. Dry hopped twice with Mosaic and Bravo, this is a citrus bomb with the bite of an Imperial IPA – Cheers.
