Aces is Hopewell’s riff on a Biere de Miel—an old-world farmhouse-style beer brewed with honey.
Our version takes our house Saison yeast to ferment a hearty recipe featuring rye malt and local honey from Heritage Prairie Farms. The result is a rustic, dry Saison showcasing a floral honey aroma and spicy malt character. Aces is best consumed with friends over roasted turkey.
