As craft brewers push the boundaries of the tradition, so have we pushed this Saison out of its season with the addition of tart cranberries and spruce tips.
Saison Des Moines was created by our farm-boy-turned-head-brewer, John Martin, as an homage to the simple-but-elegant Saison DuPont. Traditionally a Saison should be enjoyed as a respite from the heat after a hard day’s work. As craft brewers push the boundaries of the tradition, so have we pushed this Saison out of its season with the addition of tart cranberries and spruce tips. We think you’ll find that this non-traditional Saison evokes the taste and feeling of the holidays. Please enjoy this beer with friends and loved ones in this season of togetherness.
