Beer Description
This Scottish ale is made with 60lbs of roasted sweet potato’s made right here in the pizza oven. The malty Scottish base consisting of 6 different malts melds well with the light caramelized sweet potato flavors. Just enough East Kent Golding hops are added to balance the malty sweetness. Not a spiced beer, but festive enough for the holiday season.
