Straight up an experiment, Airhog Apricot Ale is hazy like crazy – perfect for these autumn days. Deep, rich apricot flesh, then tart apricot notes dance on the palate and lead to a sweet apricot finish with a lingering fruit tartness. Add to this the citrusy, fruity and piney hop notes and flavors that this ale gets from the pounds of Amarillo and Simcoe hops we paired with pilsner and wheat malts, this beer is complex yet approachable, and seems to change with each sip that you take.
