Toasty malt background of caramel and raisin, followed up with citrus, pine, and juicy stone fruit flavors from Ella, Chinook, Cascade, and exp. HBC 462.
It’s that time of year again, with a little chill in the air it’s time to “Go Big or Go Home.” This double red IPA starts off with a slight malt sweetness and a toasty malt background of caramel, raisin, and biscuit. The malt is followed up with Ella, Chinook, Cascade, and experimental HBC 462 hops for a blast of citrus, pine, and juicy stone fruits.
