OBLATE. Belgian-style blonde ale spiced with chamomile & elderflowers
This smooth “monkish” beer reveals golden hues and puts forward fruity, floral, spicy flavors and aromas.
An “oblate” is a person who has devoted his or her life to a monastic way of living but has not taken on full monastic vows. With batch #1 being our first released beer, it is apt for us to devote the brewery to being “monkish”.
