Beer Description
We make our version using a hint of acidulated malt to complement the roasted barley, black malt, flaked wheat, and traditional English hops.
St. Stephen’s Green is a classic Dry Irish Stout. It is dry, roasty, and refreshing, with notes of bitter chocolate and espresso supported by a light sour tang, a nod to legendary Guinness brewing practices in which a portion of each batch of Guinness was, in fact, soured Guinness.
