Beer Description
Baltic porter with malt flavor, enhanced with just a little black pepper to add complexity and depth
Collaborating with the famous Fermentoren in Copenhagen, we designed this tasty dark beer to be reminiscent of the original Baltic Porters, with many layers of roasted and toasted and caramelized malt flavors. Brewer at their Dry & Bitter Brewing Company, Hoppin’ Frog brewmaster Fred Karm along with Fermentoren’s Søren Wagner enhanced this old-world style with just a little black pepper to add complexity and depth.
