Cascade, IA. Wild yeast fermentation Spiced Cranberry is 4 ingredients: Apples, Cranberries, Bisschopswijn mulling spice (from Pella, IA) & honey. Gluten free.
Wild yeast fermented fresh pressed apples. No cane sugar or water
added. All natural so no sulfites or preservatives added. Spiced Cranberry is four ingredients: Local apples, Cranberries, Bisschopswijn mulling spices & Local honey.
Never pumped or filtered, so expect some apple fiber. Naturally
gluten free. 100% off grid facility. No man made ingredients are ever used in our hard ciders. Wild yeast fermentation promotes probiotic growth which we don’t remove by filtering and don’t kill by adding sulfites or preservatives.
