Beer Description
An American Wild Ale aged in savignon blanc barrels with 12 strains of wild yeast, then blended with 500 pounds of peaches from Scholl Orchards in our custom oak fouders. Sour and funky with loads of juicy peach flavor. Named for Sadie Green, who was the proprietress of the Delaware Inn in the 1920’s. The Delaware Inn was a “Bawdy House” located a couple of miles north of Easton on the Delaware River.
